Concept to production
Great ideas mean nothing without execution. Deep technical fluency in DFM, plastics engineering, CMF, and prototyping ensures design intent survives the full journey from sketch to shelf , every time.

A team well led is a product well made. I build environments where designers grow, cross-functional partners align, and bold ideas get the rigor they need to ship. Culture and craft are inseparable.
Selected Work
Led design of Motorola's flagship mission-critical TETRA radio deployed for frontline safety forces across Europe and Asia. Managed global ID team across Penang + NA, influencing 37+ projects including Wolverine, MXP7000, TLK25, WM800, and APX NEXT XE.
Sculptural ceiling fan unifying air circulation and ambient lighting in one minimal form. 30,000+ units across Brazil and US via The Modern Fan Co.
Next-generation smart thermostat for Johnson Controls , an ultra-minimal glass interface designed to disappear into the home while acting as personal assistant, climate hub, and cloud-connected device.
Request Case StudyFull product platform redesign for Brazil's leading gym equipment manufacturer. Selected as official GYM solution for Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
Design lead across two generations of 360° action cameras. Unveiled at CES 2017 winning the CES Innovation Award in Digital Imaging with multiple European awards.
Pioneered the first-ever connected bathtub as part of a full home automation ecosystem. Generated $5M in pre-orders a year before production , defining an entirely new category in intelligent home environments.

Career spans consultancy (Bicudo Design, ATOM Innovation), startups (360fly, VSN Mobil), and large corporations (Motorola Solutions, Indio da Costa AUDT) , fluency across all three environments. Moved to the USA on an O-1 Extraordinary Ability Visa.
